Material accessible to you through the VETSPAC service may be subject to protection under the United States or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use the VETSPAC service in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the VETSPAC Service. If you use a domain name in connection with VETSPAC or similar service, you must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party.

Advertisers and Agents each warrant and represent to VETSPAC that each Internet site identified by URLs in advertisements: (i) is controlled by Advertiser and operated by Advertiser and/or its independent contractors, (ii) will be functional and accessible at all times, and (iii) is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and suitable in all respects to be linked to from the applicable site containing the advertisement. VETSPAC may test Advertiser’s URLs, and in VETSPAC sole discretion may remove any URLs at any time that fail to comply with the above requirements.
