History

In the FY 2004 Defense Budget Authorization VETSPAC campaigned to eliminate the 10 year phase-in of Concurrent Receipt (CRDP) pay for those with 100% disability. The Senate and House conferees both supported this position and VETSPAC ran a series of CQ Today ads supporting the issue.

For the FY 2008 Defense budget, VETSPAC plans the same strategy with CQ Today ads for Combat Related Special Compensation for those wounded with less than twenty years service.
